We produce a complete design blueprint that any contractor can execute — but the system logic, filtration design, and long-term stability planning is our work, not theirs.
Can my existing pool be converted?+
Most pools can be converted, but suitability depends on structural setup, available space for a bog zone, and current circulation system. That's exactly what the RM150 remote consultation determines — we assess photos and videos first, so you know before committing to anything.
Do I still need chemicals after conversion?+
In a properly designed natural pool, ongoing chlorine dependency is eliminated. During the establishment phase (4–8 weeks), minimal intervention may be needed. The goal is a self-sustaining system — not a reduction in chemicals, but their elimination.
How long until the system stabilises?+
Expect 4–8 weeks for full biological establishment. Water may fluctuate during this period — that's normal. Once the bog bacteria colony matures and plant root systems are established, the system self-regulates. Elma Farmstay reached stable clarity within 6 weeks.
Do you build or maintain the pool?+
We design; we don't build. We produce complete design blueprints and contractor execution guidance. The physical build is done by your chosen contractor. This keeps our designs focused purely on what's right for your system.
What do I send for the remote consultation?+
For existing pools: clear photos and short videos of the pool, pump area, and surrounding space. For new builds: photos of the land and rough measurements. We do the diagnostic work — you just show us what you have.
Is this designed for Malaysia's climate?+
Yes — entirely. Our designs account for tropical heat, humidity, rainfall patterns, and local plant species. This isn't a European concept adapted for Malaysia. It's designed from the ground up for our conditions — and we have a working system here to prove it.
